Last week we hosted FPC’s annual conference in Charlotte, NC. It was entitled “It’s All About the People” and it was the first time we invited recruiters and not just franchise owners. It was such a pleasure to look out at the audience and think about the incredible people we have around the country. FPC has been in business since 1959 and we started franchising in 1973, but there has never been a time in history that creating and maintaining human relationships with your peers has be so crucial. We work every day to ensure that we onboard the highest quality franchisees and hire top notch recruiters and an event like this helps to forge friendships and business partnerships that will last a lifetime.
